Barcelona, April 2nd, 2024 – ADCE is now accepting applications for the new edition of Agency Exchange, the programme that teleports young creative professionals from one agency to another in different parts of Europe challenging them to embark on a journey of learning and cultural exchange.
The programme provides an exceptional opportunity for mid-level creatives to enhance their professional skills while working abroad, all without having to quit their current positions. This initiative not only benefits the participants, but also gives agencies access to a diverse pool of talent from various cultures, countries, and backgrounds.
Agency Exchange is open to all professionals with minimum 2 years experience who are eager to explore working opportunities abroad for a few weeks, as well as agencies interested in hosting creatives from all over Europe.
Past agency participants include Hasan&Parters (FI), Caffeina (IT), Triad (CZ), WKND(LV), PeterSmith(DE), offering unique and exciting opportunities to its teams.
ADCE is committed to creating the best exchange matches, tailored to each participant’s preferences, with the aim of fostering powerful synergies and ensuring a smooth and unique experience. In order for the exchange to take place, every agency proposing a participant must also host an attendee.
