The ADCE has officially released early bird tickets for its annual European Creativity Festival. This event gathers professionals from a wide range of fields, all united by their passion for change and innovation through creativity. The Festival serves as a vibrant hub for the European creative community to converge, draw inspiration, and share experiences. Each year, a theme is chosen to address significant issues within the creative industry, aiming to inspire, engage, and foster interaction.
For 2024, the festival will celebrate those who dared to venture into new territories and challenge both themselves and the industry. Under the theme “Agents of Change: Change from Within,” a series of inspiring sessions will be led by top global creatives, focusing on innovative approaches and self-reflection.
The ADCE Creative Festival will conclude with the 33rd edition of the ADCE Best of European Design and Advertising Awards. This unique international competition is exclusively open to works that have already triumphed in prestigious national competitions within Europe’s creative and design industry.
For the first time this year, the winner of the newest competition of ADCE Student Awards will be recognized on stage, earning the title of the organization’s first-ever Youngstar.
About the Festival Curator
This year, Laura Visco will take the lead at the festival, with more than 20 years at the helm of communication companies and a spirited entrepreneurial approach. Her experience will definitely give rise to some dynamic discussions and spark innovative experiences throughout the festival.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Laura began her career in advertising when she was 19. Today, having driven agencies and creative teams around the world, Laura maps out a new direction as a creative entrepreneur, forging her own path towards personal and professional growth independent of customary conventions within the industry.
Laura has won numerous industry awards and honors. She was named part of AdAge’s Leading Women in 2021, and, previously, Adweek’s Women Trailblazer in 2019. She was a finalist in the ‘Creative Director of the Year‘ category at AdAge’s Creativity Awards in 2018.
EXECUTIVE CREATIVE SUMMIT
Over the previous two days, November 19th and 20th, the ADCE Festival will host the Executive Creative Summit, curated by The One Club for Creativity. An esteemed C-suite executives, including Chief Creative Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, agency founders, and partners, will convene at Dhub Barcelona to explore issues impacting their businesses well beyond the world of creativity.
The Summit offers a rare and authentic opportunity for dialogue and the exchange of ideas that transcend traditional creative boundaries. It will facilitate closed-door discussions among peers, featuring some of the most accomplished professionals in the creative industry.
