What is The Greatness Challenge?
The Greatness Challenge gives young creative professionals the opportunity to join the international jury of the prestigious ADC*E Awards as part of the Junior Jury.
This educational experience gives professionals at the beginning of their careers an inside look at the judging criteria and process used by leading creative directors and ADC*E Awards jury members.
Who can enter?
To take part in the competition and compete for a place on the ADC*E Awards Junior Jury, you must:
- Work at a communication agency that is a BACA member.
- Have up to two years of professional experience.
- You do not have to work at the same agency as your teammate — teams can be formed specifically for the competition.
- Create and execute a fundraising campaign to secure the funds needed to cover your team’s travel and accommodation in Barcelona.
- Be ready to take part in the ADC*E Awards jury.
What does it mean to be part of the Junior Jury?
- The Junior Jury offers a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes of the judging process and attend the full jury experience, including the awards ceremony.
- Young creative teams will be assigned to a specific ADC*E Awards discipline.
- Junior Jury members do not have voting rights, but are encouraged to actively participate in the judging process.

Key dates
- 21 September 2026: Deadline for submitting the concept presentation for the fundraising campaign. Projects should be sent by email or via a file-transfer platform of your choice to office@baca.bg. All submissions must be accompanied by the completed registration form below.
- 15 October 2026: Deadline for submitting a video presenting the team’s fundraising campaign. All videos must be submitted to ADC*E.
- 17–18 November 2026: ADC*E Awards 2026 judging in Barcelona, with the participation of the Junior Jury. The judging starts at 9:00 CET.
